Well I'm so far off in my blogging, not only do I NOT have Christmas pics ready...but still finishing our Halloween outing. I couldn't leave out these pictures that showed the bonding between the babies and the daddies. There is not one momma out there, whose heart wouldn't melt while watching these guys and their new adventures.
If you asked these two daddies, ADVENTURES would be an understatment~ha!
Christmas time, this year, really got me all sentimental about my own dad. This was
Grandpa Mel's FAVORITE time of the year. I so.. so... wish Kade could've been spoiled rotten by him. That was the one thing Grandpa would've been excited for, to watch the excitement in Kade's eyes as he ripped open the presents. His one rule about presents was no matter how big the gift...it
WOULD be WRAPPED! I'm the lazy type who likes to find the bag to throw it in with all the tissue paper on top (wouldn't fly w/Melvin).
Melvin would be very proud of what a good dad, that Chad has been to his Grandson. Chad and Mel were very close and he always claimed to have had 3 kids, Cherie, Shawn and Chad. I took time out this holiday season to remember him. We had almost 19 inches of snow (he loved a good snowstorm). I'd glance out the window and watch the flakes come down just for him. We also had chocolate covered cherries, nobody is a huge fan, but we eat them for Mel. Finally, I bought Kade way more toys than he should have gotten, but spoiled him a little more, just for Grandpa!

There is nothing cuter in the whole world!! We love you daddies!!
