And don't dare try talking to him during his regularly scheduled programming, gawsh darn! He sits there in the same position and soaks up every little sign language word he can learn. This is how I will find him any given time the show is on...

He gets such a serious (almost mean) look to him when he's concentrating.
Rachel also brings along her friends Alex, Leah, and Hoppkins the Frog (yes mommy has picked up way too much on this too-ha!)

Then the concentration starts up again (and again at no time are you to try to even speak and he has no hearing abilities other than the TV!)
Well we'll let him ponder a bit! He signs many words and it has been a huge help with communication. (and a good babysitter to boot).
