Ok , so I'm running behind on the blogging ****SORRY****Now I don't have school but no reason to procrastinate either-ha!! We've really been having a blast lately and the summer is just wizzing by. I'm pretty upset as we had a great 4th of July and MBF tournament BUT do you think I'd remember to take lots of pics...UM NOPE!! Turns out my rambunctious little toddler keeps me running here and there; chasing him out of streets; pulling him out of 'no no areas' like toilets, stoves, anything of daddies, and basically anything at all--phew! So while I had a great time at the tournament, I didn't get to document our exciting journey.
This is "why" I am unable to take a half a moment break to snap a photo in a non baby proofed environment!
Then he turns all cute and innocent and I have to give him some lovin'! 
Since I didn't capture any pictures of the summer events thus far, I went back down memory lane and found some good ones (some which have never made their way on the blog yet). First I had to post about Grandpa LeeRoy, we went to visit his farm at the end of June. Kade even fed the horse some brush (yep no picture either...grrr!) I of course needed to witness this event and followed ever so closely as not to get in the taller grass for fear I'd get a tick on me. Chad and Kade fearlessly trucked through the tallest blades of grass of them all and I tip toed through cautiously. Well by the end of the day, here comes a big 'ole tick crawling on MY pant leg, nobody else's--Sheesh! Ok, we will leave my near death experience alone now...enjoy pictures of Grandpa LeeRoy and Great Grandma Fischer when they visited us when Kade was just a few weeks old--Aaaaww!! 
The MBF tournament was fun this year! Devin and Amanda came also and brough Isaac too. Amanda, my mom, Kade and I were invited to Auntie Doris' for a brunch. It was SOOO Yummy. Again, NO PICTURES (banging head on wall). I did much running and grabbing and feeding, and anything but pictures. So I had to go and grab a couple from last year. Here is Aunt Doris and Shawn at the tournament in 2008. I will have to post more on "Doris" the duck. He somehow weasled his way out of Doris' with her sewing duck that he uses in the tub. Now he runs in at bathtime and squeales "Dowis" "Doowis"!!!! We had a great time with great food and as Kade would say "Tewkies"! YUM
4th of July, yet again another non picture event (Grandma Nancy may have some though). Grandma Nancy and Jim came up and we had a great 4th at our house. Uncle Shawn brought lots of fire works and blew them up in the back yard. Daddy decided he needed to wake Kade up around 10:00 to see the show. I don't think that was the best idea as he came outside all bewildered looking and then there were bright lights and loud blasts plus lots of skeeters!!! I hope we didn't mess the poor kid up for good-ha! Then Grandma and Jim spent that Saturday with him while Shawn, Jackie, Chad and I went to the lakes for the 4th and watched the firework show out on the lake. It was beautiful!!!
